01General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 8o88 platform ("Platform", "we" or "8o88") and its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing or using the 8o88 website or services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

8o88 is an online betting and casino platform that offers sports betting, live casino, slot games and other entertainment products for players in Bangladesh. This platform operates entirely for entertainment purposes.

Important Notice: From the date these Terms take effect, they replace all previous oral or written agreements. You are advised to read this entire document before registering, and to contact our support team directly if anything is unclear.

These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All platform operations follow this time zone.

02Eligibility and Age Requirements

Anyone wishing to participate on the 8o88 platform must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
  • You must be the owner of a valid and active banking or mobile financial service account.
  • You must use this platform voluntarily and of sound mind.
  • Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
21+ Only: Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If dishonesty is proven during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

8o88 may request additional documents at any time to verify age and identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03Account Registration

When opening an account with 8o88, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.

3.1 One Account per Person

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person, all related accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned. Operating multiple accounts through the same device, IP address or payment method also falls under this restriction.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

After registration, 8o88 may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document to verify your identity. Withdrawal restrictions may apply until full verification is complete.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

8o88 processes transactions through the most widely used mobile financial services and banking channels in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum Amount: The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. The same minimum applies across all payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase during verification processes or in unusual circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
  • Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • Any withdrawal may be suspended if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or a problem with a third-party payment provider, 8o88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. However, 8o88 is not directly liable for delays caused by third parties.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8o88 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. These offers are subject to the following terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
  • The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
  • If the requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
  • Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus.
  • 8o88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

Regular members may join the 8o88 VIP Program. The program has four tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's gaming history and activity. Cashback is credited every Monday and has no wagering requirement.

06Game Rules

All games available on 8o88 are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the interface of that game.

6.1 Sports Betting

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 8o88 issues different instructions.
  • If a match is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and funds will be returned.
  • Bets may be placed on approved leagues (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC and FIFA).

6.2 Casino Games

  • If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the outcome will be determined according to the server log.
  • If a technical fault occurs mid-game, the relevant round may be considered void.
  • Wins displayed in slot games due to a software error may be rejected.

6.3 Game Result Disputes

If a member has a dispute about a game result, they must contact the support team within 24 hours of the result. The game provider's audit log will be treated as final evidence.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8o88 platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

  • Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to circumvent bonus terms.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to clean funds obtained from illegal sources.
  • Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts or automation software to alter game outcomes.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to harm the casino or other players.
  • Chargeback Fraud: Requesting a chargeback from a bank under false pretences after a payment has been completed.
  • False Identity: Operating an account under another person's identity.
  • Hacking Attempts: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all deposited funds and, where necessary, notification of law enforcement authorities.
